    At Guerlain, we’re proud to celebrate and pass on nearly two centuries of pioneering heritage to the next generation of talents in beauty. To offer our #REVEAL graduates an immersive journey into what makes Guerlain unique, current trainees from the program joined Season 5’s new recruits on a voyage exploring the Maison’s heritage since its founding in 1828. Beginning at La Reserve des Sublimes, where some of Guerlain’s oldest creations are housed, graduates enjoyed a tailormade guided tour of the secrets of the Maison. A private viewing of some of Guerlain’s most treasured Exceptional Pieces was followed by an introduction to the Guerlain Academy, where the techniques of the Guerlain Spa & Institut are perfected. The day concluded with a visit to the historic Vendôme boutique, welcomed by MARIE PAULE LEGRAS DUPUCH, Guerlain Private Client Development Manager and LVMH Virtuose, who presented an overview of Guerlain’s unparalleled retail excellence rituals.     This #WomensDay, Guerlain celebrates the achievements of #WomenForBees beekeepers from around the world 🐝 Launched in 2020, #WomenForBees supports women as they learn the art of beekeeping, led by the Maison Guerlain in partnership with UNESCO or local NGOs. By empowering women to become beekeepers, the #WomenForBees programme helps them to unlock new opportunities for themselves and their families, all while helping to safeguard bee populations – a key element in preserving biodiversity. Following sessions in Rwanda, Cambodia, Spain, Japan, Italy and France, a new cohort of trainees will join the programme in China for 2025. #InternationalWomensDay #GuerlainForBees #Biodiversity

    At Guerlain, the secrets of the bee inspire innovation, drive commitment, and nourish heritage.   Since Abeille Royale’s creation in 2010, Guerlain has explored more than 300 samples of honeys from all over the world. This pioneering research has highlighted the exceptional powers of the honey of the Black Bee – a rare, resilient species with an excellent ability to adapt to its environment, whose protection it helps to ensure.   Combining ultra-effective skincare technology with a commitment to innovating responsibly, Guerlain selected three powerful Black Bee Honeys for Abeille Royale Youth Serum’s new-generation formula, each fully traceable and produced using beekeeping methods that are kind to bees and the environment.     Guerlain extends an invitation to explore the unseen with Charles Petillon.   Making the Invisible Visible: a new exhibition at the Maison’s flagship boutique in the heart of Paris, to contemplate the fleeting beauty of the passage of time.   Imbued with an idea of constant movement, Charles Petillon’s work looks to reveal the hidden beauty in the simplicity and details of our everyday life.     At Guerlain, we believe in the power of encounters to create new horizons. Since 2019, the Maison has worked to help empower young people in partnership with ViensVoirMonTaf, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting high school students from priority education with the internship of their dreams at leading French companies. This year, 16 students were welcomed to the Guerlain Academy for a week-long work placement exploring the Maison’s universe, from Guerlain’s iconic flagship boutique at 68, Avenue des Champs-Elysées to the Chartres and Orphin manufacturing sites. Welcomed by teams and experts from across Guerlain, this year’s students were encouraged to participate in environmental, creative, and olfactory workshops, offering a unique behind-the-scenes look at how Guerlain continues to shape the future of beauty and champion savoir-faire.     To coincide with Charles Petillon's new exhibition, Guerlain reveals Pêche Mirage: the Exceptional Piece, created in collaboration with the artist. His creation embodies the very essence of Guerlain Perfumer & Director of Fragance Creation Delphine Jelk’s fragrance, framing the Bee Bottle with a structure of pure white balloons, symbolising inseparable fragrance molecules dispersed in the air like a veil. Inspired by Mitsouko, first created in 1919 by Jacques Guerlain, Pêche Mirage is an addictive, intense new trail that pairs the roundness of fruit with the vibrant depth of leather notes.
