10 years 🥳🎂 !! Karos Mobility is 10 years old 🤯. It's been quite a crazy ride, full of ups and downs, victories and lessons learnt... It is hard to build a technology that is truly disruptive, invent a new product people love, change users' deeply-rooted habits, create a new market, find a compelling business model...it is actually very hard. Harder than we thought in 2014, when my fantastic co-founder Tristan Croiset and I met and decided to start this project. With more than 500 public transportation authorities and companies as clients and more than 1 million users in 5 countries, we can probably say that we made a decent first step in this journey. We would never have managed to reach this 10 year milestone and these results without the support of our engaged clients, our power users, our great shareholders and many other partners who joined forces with us to truly change daily mobility. Let's not forget our dear competitors as well 😁... who have constantly pushed us to innovate and improve our service and operations. But the most important contributors to this success are of course our team members 🏆. Many thanks to all of them, past and current, who believe so hard in our mission and put so much effort everyday to make carpool on daily commutes desirable and efficient, everywhere it is useful. 👏👏👏 Congrats guys !! We are lucky to count each and everyone of you in this adventure. Our 110 team members have fully understood that despite this early success (that took 10 years !), we need to remain humble, gritty and ambitious. Because our current ecological and societal impact is still epsilon compared to the huge potential in front of us. The Karos journey has only just started...I can't wait to see what the next 10 years will bring !
