A few weeks ago, our Heat Transfer Fluids team gave a presentation at an exclusive training session for thermal oil system operators conducted by our partner Aura GmbH & Co KG. For heat transfer systems implemented in a range of industries – such as bakeries, renewable energy or chemical plants – regular maintenance is vital but can be challenging. Thus, the comprehensive training course “Maintain Your Systems Properly” was designed to provide the know-how required to keep these systems in peak condition, ensure safe operation and high availability while preventing costly damage, and downtime. A range of topics was covered, including retrofitting a sampling point, implementing conversion measures in line with new regulations, and automated pump monitoring. We thank everyone for their interest and the exchange. The positive response we received has inspired us at KRAHN to offer similar trainings across Europe in English and other languages on demand. This year’s Paint & Coatings Italy exhibition in Milanofiori, Assago, was a great success. It was a fantastic two-day event filled with insightful conversations, new connections, and innovative ideas. This year, Giorgio took part in our mobility program “New Horizons”, which gives employees the chance to work from one of our international offices. He chose to exchange his office at KRAHN Italia for the opportunity to work two weeks at our headquarters in Hamburg. “Hamburg is a fascinating city, rich in culture. Its heritage as an ancient port vividly illustrates the roots of European trade, and it’s where our KRAHN Group originated. As part of the New Horizons program, I had the opportunity to spend two weeks at the KRAHN headquarters in Hamburg, where I was warmly welcomed by my colleagues. I cherished the time spent working with them and exploring the city. I’m grateful for the experience and proud to be part of the team,” says Giorgio, reflecting on his New Horizons journey.
