    MANE was thrilled to take part in Milano Beauty Week! Organised by Cosmetica Italia Associazione in collaboration with Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna and Esxence, this cultural project aims to promote the social, scientific and economic value of cosmetics and fragrances in Italy.   Our team presented the interactive olfactory workshop “Scents of the Collective Unconscious”.     Our collaboration with Cercle celebrates the profound interplay between fragrance and music. Ugo Charron, Perfumer at MANE, created Golden Hour, a unique fragrance infused with the zesty freshness of bergamot and the addictive energy of Coffeewood™. It starts by playfully unveiling a note of clean and creamy orange flower. After nightfall, under the cover of darkness, a more daring side appears: a sensual note of Leather paired with the sweetly exotic tonka bean.     Golden Hour: The Essence of Cercle The sensory experience goes beyond music and the unique settings of our events. We wanted to take it further, so we partnered with MANE, one of the leaders in fragrances and flavors worldwide, to develop an essential element of the Cercle atmosphere: our own signature scent. With the expertise of Ugo Charron, a talented MANE perfumer and music enthusiast, we created Golden Hour, a signature fragrance designed to enrich our live shows with the public, enhancing the overall experience of our events. This perfume was first introduced at our shows in Sevilla and Geneva and finally at our last Festival. The name has been chosen to reflect the timing of our shows, which all take place at dusk to capture the sunset. During the Festival, it was diffused in 7 strategic locations thanks to ScentAir: entrances, VIP zones, chill areas, shops, and around the stages. That's how we fully immerse our audience in Cercle's atmosphere.     October is Sustainability Month at MANE! For many years, MANE has partnered with Life Project 4 Youth, an initiative that helps young people facing extreme poverty to achieve social and professional inclusion. To raise awareness internally about this important mission, we are organising several screenings of the film I Am the Future, produced by Youth Visions, featuring the inspiring lives of four youths on the front line of political, economic and environmental crises. Screenings are planned for our headquarters in Le Bar-sur-Loup, France and in our sites in Indonesia. Watch the trailer: https://lnkd.in/dd8bMtqX To kick off our Sustainability Month, we would like to highlight the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. MANE teams in North America are implementing actions to help fight poverty and exclusion. In partnership with The Care Center, MANE employees in Ohio received mentorship training to provide mentees experiencing poverty with career guidance and financial literacy skills. MANE employees have also joined a 6-week mentoring programme with secondary school students in partnership with the Community Building Institute with the hope of inspiring the next generation and encouraging them to consider careers perspectives in our industry. These initiatives are invaluable opportunities for MANE to not only advocate for equitable and inclusive workplaces, but also to take concrete actions to help achieve those goals. They are also a wonderful way for our teams to come together and connect around our CSR strategy, leading to meaningful encounters and impactful results.     The historic and highly acclaimed China-France Fashion Week 2024 marking the 60th anniversary of official diplomatic relations between the two countries came to an end at the Chinese Cultural Centre in Paris last week. For this event, MANE partnered with The Show, an avant-garde French perfume brand, to develop 13 captivating fragrances. Perfumers at MANE participating in the event were Maxime Exler, Mathieu Nardin, Véronique Nyberg, Ralf Schwieger, and Diana Zhai. Their creations were part of a fabulous multifaceted sensory experience that was highly appreciated by all. OLYMPIC contributed an unforgettable olfactory dimension to the main event that captivated attendees. It opens on a rich citrus accord, a burst of sweet and tart fruitiness, like the explosive power of an athlete in action. Following closely, notes of wine paint a vivid picture of post-victory revelry, where glasses clink and champagne bubbles effervesce in celebration. Lastly, herbal nuances of lavender and geranium, exuberant and triumphant, sound the clarion call of victory. Also featured in the main event, Guardians of Glory begins with rich, warm notes of pepper and resin, symbolising the vibrant hues of China-France relations. It then seamlessly combines the quintessential French iris with Chinese osmanthus, initiating a sensory dialogue between the two cultures. Finally, an overall sweet and lasting note reminiscent of lambskin captures the enduring friendship. Flowers on Silk, commemorating 60 years of Sino-French diplomacy, was gifted to attendees as a souvenir of the event. It commences with notes of gentle citrus and radiant pink peppercorn, simulating the bright shimmer of silk and herbaceous musk of carrot seed. An array of floral notes, accentuated by clean aldehydes, evokes the intricate flower patterns adorning the fabrics. At its heart, East meets West beautifully as the iconic French iris enhances the gentle yet vibrant hues of Chinese jasmine. Ten ambient fragrances enriched the sensory landscapes on the runway. MANE is honoured to have participated in this multidimensional artistic endeavour.
