📢 MBDA has integrated Roxel as a wholly-owned subsidiary. This acquisition leverages Roxel’s existing and future capabilities at a time of major growth and investment. Roxel will continue to manage its activities independently, honouring all its existing contracts with other systems suppliers while developing new markets. This acquisition will accelerate the development of Roxel, strengthening its position as a global player in tactical propulsion and consolidating its role as a national champion in France and the UK. 2024 was a fruitful year for #innovation, thanks to our collaborators and their creative dynamic. To wrap up the year, we are highlighting 5 key events and moments for innovation at MBDA: our work on #AI and on #AdditiveManufacturing, the Smart Visions programme, our #HWIL technology, and the 20th edition of the #InnovationAwards. MBDA supported a wide panel of new projects relying on revolutionising technologies. We also encouraged entrepreneurship from the inside and supported our collaborator’s initiatives. 💡 Innovation is at the very core of MBDA’s DNA, and we will keep fostering breaking-through ideas and projects in 2025 and for the following years.

Discover our work with ColibriTD, a start-up specialised in driving #Quantum Computing solutions for business applications. Our collaboration focuses on digital computing and algorithm complexity applied to missile systems. MBDA is working hand-in-hand with both ColibriTD and the ENSTA Paris in the framework of a PhD thesis, and stays ahead of innovation in quantum technologies.
