I’m excited to share a significant milestone in our AI-powered malaria diagnosis technology 👇 We've been collaborating with the Hôpitaux Universitaires Pitié Salpêtrière - Charles Foix (APHP) for over two years to provide AI-powered malaria diagnosis technology that can be deployed in any lab or medical center. This technology supports frontline healthcare workers, helping them continuously improve both their diagnoses and their own training. Our first Research Paper "Assessing Generalization Capabilities of Malaria Diagnostic Models from Thin Blood Smears” will be presented at the MICCAI Society annual conference in Morroco next month by Louise Guillon, PhD and Soheib BIGA. 👏Congratulations to all parties involved, I can’t wait to see this technology deployed on more sites. The MyC research & development team's article "Assessing Generalization Capabilities of Malaria Diagnostic Models from Thin Blood Smears" has been selected for an oral presentation at the AMAI workshop at the #MICCAI conference 👏 MyC collaborated with la pitié Salpétrière, the CHU of Montpellier parasitology services and 2 hospitals in Lomé to research the use and adoption of AI in clinical settings to build this paper. A huge congratulations to the MyC research & development team and the co-authors who participated in writing this article and bringing to light an extremely prevalent topic!
