Château La Coste, the famous Provencal estate with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1682, has introduced a new brand that proudly offers 100% wine with 0% alcohol. In this unique place, blending art and vineyard, and cultivating a spirit of openness and sharing, Château La Coste invites the exploration of wine pleasures for those who seek a more measured consumption or prefer not to drink alcohol. As drinking habits evolve, offering this alternative becomes a clear choice to ensure convivial moments can still be shared. After three years of research and development, Château La Coste has achieved the perfect balance between flavor and pleasure. By blending technical innovations with traditional expertise, NOOH by La Coste was born. Named NOOH – a union of "NO" for those who don't want alcohol and the chemical symbol of the alcohol molecule "OH". The name is pronounced [Nou] to symbolize belonging to the tribe of flexidrinkers who do not want to give up pleasure, celebration, or enjoying a sparkling or a rosé. To capture the full range of gustatory qualities in the NOOH by La Coste, the estate crafted the two new alcohol-free wines (still and sparkling) from its renowned organic cuvée, Rosé d’une Nuit. NOOH by la Coste offers pure enjoyment with added lightness (only 3.5 g of residual sugar). To achieve this result, the alcohol in the wine is extracted through vacuum distillation, an evaporation process at a maximum of 35-40°C, ensuring the wine remains unaltered and all its aromas are preserved. The NOOH by La Coste range includes a sparkling rosé and a rosé.
