Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Italy and Redberry SAS jointly attended the workshop organized this week by 𝗘𝗗𝗤𝗠 on "𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 a 𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘙𝘔𝘔" This event provided a great opportunity to engage with regulatory experts, product manufacturers, contract labs, assessors and solution providers in shaping the future of regulations. We came with contributions: ► Mariella Piredda and Pauline Silberreiss shared their experience on conducting Primary Validation for a 4-day sterility assay and demonstrating comparability with compendial method. ► Jonathan Macron co-presented the findings from the European solution providers' workgroup (special thanks to Virginie Le Coent for her leadership). Rapid Microbiological Methods (RMM) require a well-defined and suited regulatory framework to facilitate their implementation. Looking forward to the next steps! Following her PhD, Sophie gained extensive experience in tackling real-world industrial challenges, first in food applications, then for 15 years at Eau de Paris. With her understanding of practical realities, Sophie knows what it takes for a product to truly add value to the end user, without overpromising. Now, with her expertise, she will be leading our team of Application Specialists. This role is key in scaling our partnerships with existing clients and attracting new ones with our Rapid Microbiological Solutions—and always with a smile!
