Meet the Relais & Châteaux chefs’ World Culinary Council. What happens when 21 of the world’s most forward-thinking chefs come together to explore innovative and sustainable approaches to gastronomy? Led by the Relais & Châteaux President, Laurent Gardinier, and the Vice-President, Chefs, Mauro Colagreco, the World Culinary Council held its annual meeting in Grand Hôtel du Lac, Relais & Châteaux at Vevey, Switzerland, on 6-8 October. Coming together as representatives of a community of more than 500 chefs all over the world, these esteemed culinary personalities renewed their commitment to driving sustainable change in gastronomy. Together, they debated and explored topics such as biodiversity, marine conservation, the culinary trends of tomorrow, and more.
