    ✨La semaine dernière, Charles LONJARET et Hervé Weng ont eu le plaisir de se rendre à l’ESSEC Business School pour transmettre les méthodologies et savoir-faire qu’ils appliquent quotidiennement chez SiaXperience, à l’occasion de la 2e édition de SOLVE !   Durant toute la semaine, les étudiants se sont immergés dans un programme innovant qui mêle « Problem Solving » et « Design Thinking ». Les étudiants ont pu décrouvrir et mettre en pratique une combinaison de méthodes et d’outils afin d’apporter une proposition de valeur au challenge proposé par le partenaire de cette année, Leroy Merlin !   Merci aux organisateurs et coordinateurs, Aurelien Bouriot, Laurent BOURGEON et l’équipe de l’ESSEC.

    Launching Today! 📢 I’m thrilled to share Meta's third annual human rights report -- launching today, just in time for the UN General Assembly. It covers detailed insights and actions from our work to manage human rights in calendar year 2023. Our annual human rights report is an important way to share Meta’s practical efforts to understand and address a wide range of potential human rights impacts. We hope it gives you powerful insights into how we deal with potential human rights risks at scale (and in real time) for billions of people. 📖 What’s in it? Amongst the highlights of the report, we discuss how responsible AI (and open approaches) can be a powerful tool for advancing human rights – and Meta’s  generative AI products enable people to exercise their freedom of expression in novel ways.. 🛠 We also describe how we prepare for and respond to critical events and global crises, including those in Sudan, and Nagorno Karabakh as well as our work in 2023 to prepare for elections impacting over 2 billion people worldwide in 2024. Want to finally understand how Meta handles government requests? We’ve worked hard to try to share this info in a user-friendly way. 👓 Why should I read it? Well, detailed human rights reporting by companies is still rare. We hope the report is useful and that it helps build knowledge, practice, engagement, and collaboration. Based in New York, Ready Set Rocket was founded in 2009 and counts 30 talented professionals is dedicated to transforming client businesses. The firm is led by Lauren Nutt Bello, CEO, and Kitty Tsang, partner and chief strategy officer, who will become Partner and Managing Partner at Sia Partners, respectively. This move enables Sia Partners to enhance digital and creative strategy assignments across the entire sales funnel by scaling RSR’s capabilities and reaching critical mass on the East Coast.
