    I’m sitting here reflecting on 2024, almost exactly one year into my role at KarmaCheck. 2024 was very different from 2023. At this time last year, I was 2 days from starting my new job after having been laid off 3 months prior. I was exhausted, nervous, and honestly pretty jaded. This year has been a huge change for the positive. I joined a “small” company (for me) and took on so many new challenges. I’ve worked alongside and learned from so many incredible coworkers - several of whom I now consider mentors. I’ve brought on some incredibly powerful new tools (looking at you, Nudge Security and Siit) that impact me and my team’s success daily. I attended my first Jamf conference and absolutely loved it. Overall, it’s been a truly wonderful year! If I can summarize it: I’m still in love with working at startups, still in love with being a lifelong learner, and still in love with stepping outside of my comfort zone because it is in these places that we truly flourish.
