Over 500 days without a lost-time accident for the Goiania (Brazil) subsidiary! Workplace safety is an important issue for any company: it forms the basis of a safe and healthy working environment, where every employee can devote himself or herself to their tasks without fearing for their health or safety. On June 15, 2024, the Brazilians set a new record for workplace safety, achieving 500 days without a lost-time accident. Vetericare Challenge | Vetoquinol walks for Vetericare Since May 13th, Vetoquinol France employees set themselves a challenge: to walk 50 million paces to raise funds for the Vetericare association, which helps families who can no longer afford to pay for their pets' care. To mark the occasion, the Lure, Tarare, Angers and Paris sites all organised a walk on their respective sites, with over 300 participants. These moments of conviviality and sharing around a common goal, enabled us to reach 35 million steps today! Well done to all the walkers, and thank you for your commitment to this worthy cause! We are back again! The year's most expected event: the 5th Xpertise Congress 2024 by Vetoquinol Following the success of the last congress in Lisbon and previous years, we are thrilled to announce the 5th Xpertise Congress for an even more enriching and inspiring experience. Organized and hosted by animal health enthusiasts, this event will once again bring together an international community of veterinarians, experts, and other stakeholders in the animal world. Vetoquinol´ s 5th Xpertise 2024 will be held from June 13th to 14th in Majorca, Spain. At the heart of this edition, we will address mobility issues faced by our clients and their pets through a series of roundtables and practical workshops. This congress offers a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and collaborate with experts from around the globe on the common challenges faced by caregivers when their pets suffer a chronic disease as osteoarthritis. The first day will feature the presentation of the results of a multilingual and international study on the impact of osteoarthritis in the quality of life of our companions, followed by various local initiatives showcasing innovative approaches to improving their well-being and a better management of osteoarthritis. The second day will be dedicated to workshops covering various topics such as management of caregiver´s owner objections, use of quality-of-life tools in clinical practice, and evaluation and management of mobility issues in young animals. These practical workshops will enrich this event by promoting exchanges between participants from different countries and offering concrete learnings on how to improve the quality of life of pets and owners as main objective. Special thanks to our Xpertise Board Members, the Vetoquinol teams around the world and their local attendees that every year support us to build together the future of mobility management.
