🧠🍽️ Food4Mood Edition 2024: Nutrition and Depression The Lab FondaMental, an association supported by our #WakamForGood fund, was pleased to participate in the Food4Mood event held yesterday in Paris. Organized by the Fondation FondaMental in partnership with Inicea, the event focused on the key role of nutrition in managing depression. With contributions from international experts like Felice Jacka OAM (Australia) and Marion Leboyer, the event marked the launch of the Food4Mood app. Co-developed by DietSensor Inc., this app offers personalized nutrition tracking to help prevent and manage depressive disorders. 📱 The #Wakam team was there! It was an enriching day where experts and professionals shared insights on the connection between nutrition and mental health - a cause that we support with our partners through our endowment fund, #WakamforGood! #Food4Mood #NutritionAndMentalHealth #Innovation
