Avec l'acquisition de Monroe Capital, Wendel élargit considérablement sa plateforme de gestion d'actifs, et renforce son profil de croissance et de génération récurrente de trésorerie. --- PRESS RELEASE - Q3 Trading Update: Fully diluted Net Asset Value of €184.5 up +13.7 %2 year-to-date (+5.3% since June 30). With the announced acquisition of Monroe Capital, Wendel dramatically expands its Asset Management platform and rebalances its business model towards more recurring cash flows and growth.

COMMUNIQUÉ - Wendel annonce une opération transformante, en ligne avec sa feuille de route stratégique. L'acquisition de Monroe Capital LLC élargit considérablement la plateforme de gestion d'actifs de Wendel, et renforce son profil de croissance et de génération récurrente de trésorerie. La plateforme de gestion d'actifs de Wendel représentera environ 31 milliards d'euros d'actifs privés, devrait générer environ 160 millions d'euros de Fee Related Earnings (" FRE ") et environ 185 millions d’euros de bénéfice total avant impôts en 2025. ---- PRESS RELEASE - Wendel announces a transformational transaction in line with its strategic roadmap. The acquisition of Monroe Capital LLC dramatically expands Wendel’s Asset Management platform and rebalances its business model towards more recurring cash flows and growth. Wendel’s Asset Management platform will represent c.€31 billion of AuM in private assets and is expected to generate c.€160 million of Fee Related Earnings and c.€185 million of total pre-tax profit in 2025.
