A vacancy for a Helicopter Physical Interface Engineer (F/M) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Marignane.

Your Challenges

You will be able to use your communication and technical skills within a team accountable to converge Helicopter Physical Integration

Within your perimeter you will be responsible for all aircraft in development to ensure the convergence of the physical interfaces between requester and receiver systems, in order to ensure the appropriate maturity of helicopter physical integration at development milestones.

You will be accountable for physical interfaces maturity within the development milestones, ensuring the consistency of physical interfaces convergence process within the different platforms.

You will be supported by your knowledge in Mechanical System Installation and Electrical System Installation, your ability to use Digital Mock-Up, and more importantly you will have to use your facilitation and negotiation skills in an international team.

Your Profile

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • You have an Engineering background with experience on Design / Development and Integration.
  • You have a very good knowledge of using Catia V5/VPM/Windchill
  • You are open-minded, have good negotiation and communication skills
  • You are rigorous and like solving problems
  • You take initiatives and have a strong sense of responsibility

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
