Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder / CEO / business development lead. The Co-Founder will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company, driving growth, fostering innovation, and building strong partnerships. The role entails collaborating with the executive team to set goals, develop business plans, and ensure the company's success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in growing and developing foreign exchange liquidity
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate business development teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Experience in fundraising, and financial management
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or related field
