Animate all customer service Managers of EMEA Region toward the same goal: optimal service to customer while achieving budget
Monitor orders and delivery executions: orderbook updated and aligned with actual customer needs
Ensure accurate invoicing (Products, Logistics Operations) to Distribution while following logistic guidelines.
Define action plans with Logistics and Commercial Teams to manage activity peaks (answering demand need while managing logistics capacity constraines)
Management of Customer Service team and direct reports
Manage and develop talents within your teams (> 10 people)
Continuous improvement
Lead Supply Chain performance continuous improvement for markets on Forecasts, Planification, Order management, Stock level optimization, Allocation, Logistics, Transport, Invoicing
Keep Supply Chain agile to answer business needs: keep a continuous improvement culture within your team.
5 years and more of higher education in business or engineering, with a specialization in Supply Chain
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Production, preference for Customer Service; in an international environment
Fluent in French and English
Knowledge in SAP ERP
Leadership and proven management of a team (5 people and more)
Rigorous and pragmatic, you are a leader and can drive your teams to answer business needs
Thanks to your strong analytical skills and your ability to synthesize data, you have a continuous improvement mindset
