This role will be responsible for the fragrance, home, bath, body, and hair categories. Responsibilities could evolve based on motivation and proven results.
Support manager in creating meaningful concepts with adapted storytelling and moodboards
Provide overall support in building client presentations, and executing private label strategies
Support the innovation team on compiling last launches and copywriting for the newsletter
Store checks, compiling the data & analysis of in-store trends/brands/newness
Building supplier catalogs & keeping track of samples + costs
Day to day communication with suppliers and other external partners, following rigorously each project
Support manager in evaluation of all materials, components & fragrance/formula submissions
Support manager in all development steps, coordination of cross-functional teams, and in building budgets
Build fact sheets for signed projects to support handover to Project Management team
Qualifications
1 / 2 years’ experience in marketing product development (fragrance product development is preferred)
Passion and deep knowledge of the fragrance/beauty industry
English fluent is mandatory
Strong organizational skills
Great relationship & communication skills
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Strong accountability, agility, collaboration and responsiveness
Excellent knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
Enthusiasm - eager to learn and grow!
What We Offer
42K€/yr - K€45/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
