Internal Communication and Process HR

Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Celebrating unconventional aesthetics and embracing the philosophy that fashion is an art of expression rather than a cult of personality, Maison Margiela offers haute couture, ready-to-wear for women and men, contemporary line MM6, footwear, interior design, and accessories, including leather goods, fine jewelry and fragrance.

John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela. Whilst developing his own vision for the house, John Galliano has entirely respected the Martin Margiela state of mind, creating a fascinating organic process.

In 2002, the French house became part of OTB. Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.

The Internal Communication and Process specialist join the HR team and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies, managing projects, and optimizing processes within the organization.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong background in human ressources process and procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth communication, efficient project execution, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Communication:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies.
  • Create and distribute internal newsletters, memos, and hr communication materials ( organization annoucement, organization chart, preparation of formation & creation PPT related various process HR ie : talent management, implatation of new procedures ( travel policies ..)
  • Coordinate internal events, meetings, and forums to enhance employee engagement
  • Ensure consistent and clear communication of companie values and updates.
  • Manage internal communication human ressources channels, including intranet, email, and digital platforms ( LinkedIn )
  • Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Define hr project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and human ressources budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Process Management:
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement HR process optimization initiatives.
  • Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide training and support to employees on new processes and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Ressources, Business Administration, Project Management, or Communications
  • Proven experience in Human Ressources , internal communication, project management, and process improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills , French and English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of change management principles.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
