Responsable Data et Excellence Commerciale (H/F)

La Position

Le Responsable Data et Excellence Commerciale est un partenaire strategique cle du business, il definit la strategie Data et emmène les initiatives garantissant l'Excellence commerciale.

Pour cela il construit la roadmap data, s'assure de la mise à disposition de la donnee (structuration & dashboarding) pour repondre aux enjeux business du Cluster et developpe l'acculturation data pour l'ensemble des Fondateurs.

Il pilote les activites de previsions de ventes, alimente la reflexion et la prise de decision business via l'analyse des environnements marches et de la performance et le market reasearch, et pilote l'ensemble du process et des activites lies à laremuneration variable - activite critique pour son equipe.

En tant que leader du service, il est l'interlocuteur privilegie des equipes globales sur ses perimètres d'activite, il en garantit l'efficience en leadant les evolutions business au sein de son perimètre, et veille à l'adoption des best practices. A ce titre, il analyse les risques et opportunites pour le cluster, et definit la feuille de route d'implementation ou d'adaptation operationnelles en vue d'en maximiser les benefices.

Pour mener à bien sa mission, il manage une equipe pluridisciplinaire composee deux Responsables Business Intelligence et d'un Analyste Data & Performance. Il pilote le prestataire de Data Engineering & Architecture, et veille à maintenir un niveau d'expertise eleve au sein de ses equipes afin d'accompagner le business dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs.

Sa capacite à comprendre les enjeux business et les integrer dans sa feuille de route, ses qualites de communiquant sont des atouts qui lui permettent de travailler en synergie avec toutes les equipes de l'entreprise.

Responsabilites

Pour le cluster, les activites du Responsable Data et Excellence Commerciale sont organisees autour des points suivants et sont susceptibles de varier en fonction de l'organisation interne du cluster.

Data Management

Pilotage Des Activites Data:

  • Il definit, en lien avec le Directeur Operations Commerciales et le Directeur Business Technology et en coherence avec les objectifs business de la filiale et des Business Units, la road map Data d'Organon pour le cluster. Il en assure le deploiement avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes internes, en local et au global, et externes ainsi que le feedback regulier au Directeur des Operations Commerciales;
  • Il assure le pilotage de la prestation data engineering / data architecture necessaire à la mise en oeuvre de la roadmap Data;
  • Il assure la coordination des activites d'integration / structuration/ visualisation / analyse de donnees;
  • En collaboration avec les equipes internationales Data, il fait evoluer l'ecosystème Data selon les standards d'architecture de l'equipe data internationale. Il suggère des options d'evolutions pour repondre aux use case du cluster.

Analyse De La Donnee Et Conseil :

  • Il Identifie les besoins business auxquels son equipe peut apporter des reponses grce à la donnee;
  • Il garantit la fiabilite et l'integrite de la donnee mise à disposition;
  • Il s'assure que les analyses de son equipe sont traduites en recommandations business / actions marketing.

Sensibilisation Et Education Autour De La Data:

  • Il assure un rôle de sensibilisation / d'education auprès de l'ensemble des Fondateurs;
  • Il favorise le partage des connaissances et des bonnes pratiques.

Excellence operationnelle

Alimentation Des Strategies Business:

  • Il est un interlocuteur cle pour la reflexion strategique business avec les equipes Marketing et Ventes en s'assurant que l'ensemble des donnees et analyses pertinentes sont mises à disposition;
  • Il coordonne les differentes activites pour maximiser la connaissance Client et son utilisation comme levier de personnalisation des activites Marketing & Ventes;
  • Il supporte le Marketing dans la definition d'un plan d'etudes de marche adapte aux enjeux business et en pilote la mise en œuvre avec le Responsable SFE;
  • Il pilote les activites de prevision de ventes pour l'ensemble du scope produits et des marches du cluster et s'assure de la bonne coordination de ces activites avec les equipes Finance et Marketing;
  • Il conseille l'equipe marketing sur la conception technique des campagnes, grce à sa comprehension des donnees et de l'impact sur les activites data (integration de donnees, reporting, analyse de donnees) de la mise en place de la campagne.

Lead Du Processus De Remuneration Variable:

  • Il s'assure de maintenir dans le temps un dispositif de remuneration variable motivant et differentiant permettant l'atteinte et le depassement des objectifs commerciaux des equipes concernees;
  • Il est le garant du process, de son equite pour toutes les equipes et dans le temps, de son adequation avec les enjeux et les resultats du Cluster et des directives du Global;
  • Il coordonne et supervise avec le marketing, les ventes et la finance la definition des dispositifs de primes et des objectifs nationaux;
  • En lien avec les Analystes SFE il pilote l'activite du prestataire du Global.

Pilotage De L'execution Des Strategie Business:

  • Il accompagne l'Analyste Data & Performance pour coordonner les activites d'analyse et de mise en forme de la donnee en coherence avec les objectifs business permettant au Marketing de tirer rapidement des enseignements de ses actions et de s'ajuster si besoin;
  • Il pilote les activites s'appuyant sur ou alimentant les outils mis à disposition par les equipes du Global (ComPAS, OneView, etc.) en lien avec son equipe.

Referent Metier Pour L'interne Et L'externe:

  • Il coordonne les analyses transverses impactant le cluster (Mesure de la qualite de la visite medicale / Changements environnementaux de l'Industrie Pharmaceutique / etc.);
  • Il est le point de contact pour les differentes instances afferentes à son perimètre : fournisseurs de donnees, associations professionnelles, etc. (ie. GERS, CIP, LEEM, INFOSTAT…).

Projets Transverses:

Le Responsable Data et Excellence Commerciale est egalement force de proposition dans les projets transverses Cluster et/ou Global dans le perimètre de son domaine d'expertise.

Management:

  • Il est responsable du recrutement et de la bonne integration de ses collaborateurs;
  • Il reconnait et gère la performance de ses collaborateurs de façon equitable et adequate;
  • Il developpe ses collaborateurs (priorites individuelles/actions de developpement/formation) autour des competences cles;
  • Il favorise et entretient dans ses equipes un climat positif facteur de motivation et d'engagement;
  • Il promeut et met en place des modes de travail favorisant la collaboration, l'autonomie et l'innovation au sein des equipes;
  • Il s'assure de la connaissance et du respect des règles de compliance et des procedures;
  • Il est responsable de la gestion et de l'optimisation des budgets annuels du service.

Éducation, Experience Et Competences Requises

  • Formation Bac +5 de type Ecole de Commerce ou Ingenieur + Ecole de Commerce;
  • Experience reussie d'au moins 5 ans dans les domaines, dont il a la responsabilite;
  • Curiosite demontree pour les problematiques d'accès à la donnee digitale (volet technique, ainsi qu'une appetence pour la comprehension et l'exploration de l'architecture de la donnee en lien avec le business et l'IT);
  • Analyse strategique;
  • Appetence pour le partage et la sensibilisation / education sur les questions de data;
  • Capacite à se positionner en partenaire business ;
  • Capacite analytique et de structure ;
  • Leadership avec experience du Management d'equipe;
  • Communication;
  • Connaissance des sources de donnees pharmaceutiques types (prescriptions des medecins, donnees commerciales institutionnelles, donnees patients, etc.) et de la modelisation des reponses promotionnelles;
  • Experience de pilotage d'activites Data;
  • Connaissance de l'ecosystème Veeva CRM, IQVIA;
  • Gestion des Projets;
  • Anglais courant et fluent en français (must).

Data and Commercial Excellence Manager (M/F)

The Position

The Data and Commercial Excellence Manager is a key strategic partner of the business, he defines the Data strategy and leads the initiatives guaranteeing Commercial Excellence.

To do this, he builds the data roadmap, ensures the provision of data (structuring & dashboarding) to meet the business challenges of the Cluster and develops data acculturation for all Founders.

He manages sales forecasting activities, fuels business thinking and decision-making through the analysis of market environments and performance and market research, and manages the entire process and activities related to variable compensation - a critical activity for his team.

As the service leader, he is the preferred contact for global teams in his areas of activity, he guarantees their efficiency by leading business developments within his area, and ensures the adoption of best practices. In this capacity, he analyzes the risks and opportunities for the cluster, and defines the roadmap for operational implementation or adaptation in order to maximize the benefits.

To carry out his mission, he manages a multidisciplinary team composed of two Business Intelligence Managers and a Data & Performance Analyst. He pilots the Data Engineering & Architecture service provider, and ensures that a high level of expertise is maintained within his team in order to support the business in achieving their objectives.

His ability to understand business issues and integrate them into his roadmap, his communication skills are assets that allow him to work in synergy with all the company's teams.

Responsibilities

For the cluster, the Data and Commercial Excellence Manager's activities are organized around the following points and are likely to vary depending on the internal organization of the cluster.

Data Management

Management Of Data Activities:

  • He defines, in conjunction with the Director of Commercial Operations and the Director of Business Technology and in line with the business objectives of the subsidiary and the Business Units, the Organon Data road map for the cluster. He ensures its deployment with all internal, local and global, and external stakeholders as well as regular feedback to the Director of Commercial Operations;
  • He ensures the management of the data engineering / data architecture service necessary for the implementation of the Data roadmap;
  • He ensures the coordination of data integration / structuring / visualization / analysis activities;
  • In collaboration with the international Data teams, he develops the Data ecosystem according to the architecture standards of the international data team. He suggests development options to meet the cluster's use cases.

Data Analysis And Advice:

  • He identifies the business needs to which his team can provide answers using the data;
  • He guarantees the reliability and integrity of the data made available;
  • He ensures that his team's analyses are translated into business recommendations / marketing actions.

Awareness And Education Around Data:

  • He plays an awareness / educational role for all Founders;
  • He promotes the sharing of knowledge and best practices.

Operational excellence

Feeding Business Strategies:

  • He is a key contact for strategic business thinking with the Marketing and Sales teams by ensuring that all relevant data and analyses are made available;
  • He coordinates the various activities to maximize Customer knowledge and its use as way to personalize Marketing & Sales activities;
  • He supports Marketing in defining a market research plan adapted to business challenges and manages its implementation with the SFE Manager;
  • He manages sales forecasting activities for the entire product scope and markets of the cluster and ensures the proper coordination of these activities with the Finance and Marketing teams;
  • He advises the marketing team on the technical design of campaigns, thanks to his understanding of data and the impact on data activities (data integration, reporting, data analysis) of the implementation of the campaign.

Leader Of The Variable Compensation Process:

  • He ensures that a motivating and differentiating variable compensation system is maintained over time, allowing the achievement and exceeding of the commercial objectives of the teams concerned;
  • He is the guarantor of the process, its fairness for all teams and over time, its adequacy with the challenges and results of the Cluster and the directives of the Global organization;
  • He coordinates and supervises with marketing, sales and finance the definition of bonus systems and national objectives;
  • In conjunction with the SFE Analysts, he manages the activity of the Global service provider.

Management Of The Execution Of Business Strategies:

  • He supports the Analyst Data & Performance to coordinate data analysis and formatting activities in line with business objectives, allowing Marketing to quickly learn from its actions and adjust if necessary;
  • He manages activities based on or feeding the tools made available by the Global teams (ComPAS, OneView, etc.) in conjunction with his team.

Business Referent For Internal And External:

  • He coordinates cross-functional analyses impacting the cluster (Measuring the quality of the medical visit / Environmental changes in the Pharmaceutical Industry / etc.);
  • He is the point of contact for the various bodies relating to his scope: data suppliers, professional associations, etc. (ie. GERS, CIP, LEEM, INFOSTAT, etc.).

Cross-functional Projects:

The Data and Commercial Excellence Manager is also a driving force in cross-functional Cluster and/or Global projects within the scope of his field of expertise.

Management:

  • He is responsible for the recruitment and proper integration of his employees;
  • He recognizes and manages the performance of his employees in a fair and appropriate manner;
  • He develops his employees (individual priorities/development/training actions) around key skills;
  • He promotes and maintains a positive climate in his teams that is a factor of motivation and commitment;
  • He promotes and implements working methods that foster collaboration, autonomy and innovation within the teams;
  • He ensures knowledge of and compliance with compliance rules and procedures;
  • He is responsible for managing and optimizing the department's annual budgets.

Education, Experience And Required Skills

  • Master's degree in a Business or Technical domain;
  • Successful experience of at least 5 years in the fields for which he is responsible;
  • Demonstrated curiosity for the issues of access to digital data (technical aspect, as well as an appetite for understanding and exploring data architecture in relation to business and IT);
  • Strategic analysis;
  • Appetite for sharing and awareness / education on data issues;
  • Ability to position oneself as a business partner;
  • Analytical and organization skills;
  • Leadership and experience in Team Management
  • Communication skills;
  • Knowledge of typical pharmaceutical data sources (doctors' prescriptions, institutional commercial data, patient data, etc.) and modeling of promotional responses;
  • Experience in managing Data activities;
  • Knowledge of the Veeva CRM, IQVIA ecosystem;
  • Project Management skills;
  • Fluent in English and French (must).
