Your team Within the engineering division of Technip Energies' Paris office, you will be part of the Civil Engineering department. With 60 years of experience in designing energy, chemical, and industrial projects, the division consists of 600 people representing all disciplines present in our installations (>20). Your playground As part of a multicultural task force attached to your discipline, you will participate in the engineering and design of projects carried out by TEN France for the various BLs of the group, decarbonized solutions (CO2 capture, H2, Wind), LNG or biofuels. On these projects, often exported, you will interface with teams from other disciplines within TEN (project management, procurement, construction) as well as our mostly international partners (client, seller, value engineering partner...).

Your daily life: As an administrator of the TEKLA software, you will be responsible for its implementation and administration on our projects, whether they are of the pre-project (FEED) and/or execution (EPC) type. You will work within a team of engineering office (composed of 2D draftsmen, 3D modelers, and engineers, specialists in Metal Structure & Reinforced Concrete). You will report to the Project Manager who will supervise you in the context of a project. You will be in contact with the teams in charge of detailed studies in TEN's Operational Centers, located mostly in India. Depending on the technical and conceptual requirements of the projects (traditional metal structure, reinforced concrete structures, modular structures, industrial buildings, other), you will have to:

• Set up all the TEKLA software settings at the beginning of the project (libraries and catalogs, system components, filters... according to project specifications and standards.
• Set up the necessary reports to monitor quantities by making the most of TEKLA's features (Organizer or similar), integrating TEN's price schedules.
• Write the Study Instructions related to the use of TEKLA 3D software, for internal 3D draftsmen and modelers, engineering centers, and carpenters.
• Organize and perform data exchanges between 3D tools (E3D, S3D, REVIT) from the TEKLA tool. And write the Study Instructions to ensure this Interoperability. (file exchanges of type .ifc / step etc...)
• Ensure an active interface between Civil Engineering (Business Manager, Group Leader, and Draftsmen) and CAD Coordinators.
• Ensure the development and optimization of TEKLA use in connection with the developer (TRIMBLE): Testing new versions, for example, supervising the tool's performance in coordination with IT operations.
• Promote and implement "intelligent" features of the tool to improve our computer-aided design (CAD) efficiency.
• Assist specialty teams in the use of TEKLA, during the conceptual phase and the documentary production phase.
• Ensure that all draftsmen and modelers follow the 3D tool working methods (in Paris and in foreign Operating Centers) in an integration context.
• Ensure the technological watch of the TEKLA software (and others) for the service in agreement with the Project Execution Support Service (CAD Coordination).
• Perform regular tests of 3D tool developments to ensure their proper functioning in liaison with CAD coordinators.
• Train you, if necessary, at TEN, in other software such as (E3D, S3D, ...) to know how to make the same settings as those required in TEKLA.
