[Nouvelle acquisition 🛫] VINCI finalise l’acquisition à hauteur de 50,01 % de l’aéroport d’Édimbourg - Acquisition par VINCI Airports de la majorité du capital (50,01 %) de l’aéroport d’Édimbourg pour un montant de 1,27 milliard de livres sterling - VINCI Airports renforce ainsi son réseau et gère désormais trois aéroports au Royaume Uni en pleine propriété : Londres-Gatwick (London Gatwick), Édimbourg (Edinburgh Airport) et Belfast International (Belfast International Airport) VINCI Airports, filiale de VINCI Concessions, a finalisé l’acquisition de la majorité du capital (50,01 %) de l’aéroport d’Édimbourg, aux côtés de Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), gérant le solde de 49,99 %, selon un schéma de partenariat comparable à celui de l’aéroport de Londres Gatwick. L’aéroport d’Édimbourg est une infrastructure de premier plan : premier aéroport d’Écosse et 6ᵉ aéroport du Royaume-Uni par son trafic qui a retrouvé son niveau pré-Covid.  Son potentiel de croissance est notamment tiré par le développement des segments long-courriers. Edinburgh Airport is a premier infrastructure asset: the largest airport in Scotland and the 6th airport in the United Kingdom with traffic back to pre-Covid levels. Its growth potential is being driven in particular by the development of long-distance segments. After Belfast International and London Gatwick, VINCI Airports now owns three freehold airports in the United Kingdom.
