Hi Jason, I bought the Kinetic Arm for my son, age 18 who over the past 2 baseball seasons has had to limit his throwing due to an elbow injury flaring up frequently. My son is a starting pitcher who plays high level baseball and is well on his way to pitching at the College / University level soon.  I waited roughly 3 weeks to provide feedback on his use of the Kinetic Arm to get the best picture over some time. I must admit, I was skeptical at first and wanted to be sure this wasn't just another gimmick. After seeing many other reviews from other athletes and coaches, we felt confident enough to try it. I am happy to let you know that my son noticed the improvement in his elbow immediately after the first use. It took a bit of time to find the right velcro tension and positioning over his chest but the more he used it the better this became. Prior to using the Kinetic Arm my son could only throw moderately hard for roughly 10-15 minutes and had to stop due to soreness or pain. Well, it's been over 3 weeks now and his arm has improved so much, he was able to throw for an hour one day, then a half hour the next week without any soreness or pain during or afterwards.
