Nana Addo is the CEO of Forte Medical, a Ghanaian organization that provides access to quality healthcare using technology. Forte Medical is partnering with ImpactWell, an initiative of JDC and Ruderman Family Foundation that leverages sustainable Israeli-pioneered mobile and tele-medicine solutions to reduce illness and improve life expectancy in developing countries. Nanox is making an impact!   Yesterday at the ImpactWell Medical Innovation Symposium, we showcased our medical imaging solutions and the incredible results from the ImpactWell Program in Ghana using Nanox.CONNECT to screen TB patients as part of a national campaign by the national TB program. Exciting news from our initiative at Ussher Hospital, Chorkor Hospital and Adabraka Polyclinic! Over the course of three days, we collaborated with University of Ghana Medical Centre LTD and @the national TB program to screen over 200 individuals for early detection of tuberculosis. The success of this event was made possible through the use of Nanox.CONNECT, a powerful end-to-end solution featuring AI and teleradiology (Nanox.Marketplace). This achievement marks a local milestone for us in Ghana, and we're eager to build on this success through continued collaboration with @the national TB project. Our sights are set on expanding to new territories in Africa. This week, in collaboration with JDC (The Joint) and the @National TB Control Programme - Ghana, Forte Medical Ltd and University of Ghana Medical Centre LTD, trained the TB Control Programme team on how to use the Nanox.CONNECT. The team will leverage the Nanox.CONNECT to conduct scans on individuals for early TB detection. Nanox.CONNECT device system is designed to create a simple and easy option modality to operate clinical flow for patient’s who require X-ray imaging and analysis. The system encompasses FDA-cleared components: a high-quality X-ray projector device and its related accessories. In addition, it enables a unique software-based platform for data transition and analysis. Nanox.CONNECT system may enable additional analysis services such as AI diagnostic services and teleradiology services as well.
