I’m officially in my speaker era and I am honoured to have been given the opportunity last week. I was invited as a lab guest for The GracedLife Leadership Centre and UBC Sauder LIFT Ghana 5 Cohort. I was asked to speak about “Point of Parity” and “Point of Difference” exploring how understanding these elements can significantly impact our strategies and success in a business. I feel privileged to be seen as capable to speak about these topics. I look forward to sharing more insights and engaging with everyone about business and it’s strategies. House of Akomah

  • Africa’s economic growth and development hinge on entrepreneurship, which fuels innovation, creates jobs, and offers sustainable solutions to social challenges. With a rapidly growing youth population and rising unemployment rates, fostering entrepreneurship is critical to unlocking talent, reducing poverty, and promoting self-reliance across the continent. We are thrilled about the impact UBC Sauder LIFT Ghana has made in this space. For the past three years, the program has empowered entrepreneurs with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to grow their businesses and uplift their communities. 📸 Images from ongoing LIFT Ghana 5.0 in-person class sessions.

  • “Imagine a future where every young person in Ghana feels empowered to dream big, where every young person has the opportunity to reach their full potential, where integrity is the norm and not the exception, and where our leadership network grows stronger and more influential. A Ghana where our leaders are selfless, compassionate, and driven by a desire to make a difference. At TGLC, we believe that future is possible. That's the future we're working towards, and you are the architects of that future. All of us are! So, as you continue on this leadership journey, remember why you started. Remember the communities you can serve, the lives you can change, and the future you can be proud of. It won't always be easy - in fact, it'll probably be challenging more often than not. But that's what makes it worth it. That’s what makes this leadership network worth it. We are going to be there for you every step of the way. Our commitment to your growth and success doesn't end with this program. As you navigate the challenges and triumphs of leadership, remember, you have a strong support system behind you. Our mentors, resources, and entire leadership network are here to guide you, encourage you, and help you overcome any obstacles you may face.” - Emmanuel (Chief Servant) Welcome to TGLC, Cohort 2027. Congratulations on becoming TGLC Affiliates, Cohort 2024. #WeAreTGLC

  • In Light of Recent Events in Ghana ……………………………………….. Dear Leaders, I understand many of us are troubled by recent events in Ghana. The arrests of individuals protesting against illegal mining have sparked justifiable outrage. I share your frustration and find myself questioning why these irresponsible actions persist. However, it is in moments like these that we must remember the power of our commitment as young leaders. The actions of our leaders today serve as a potent reminder that if we desire better leadership in the future, we must commit ourselves now to raising the youth to be better leaders. And to become better leaders ourselves, we must start learning to lead well today. At The Gracedlife Leadership Centre, we are united by a mandate that defines our identity and culture, and I consider it an honor and privilege to stand shoulder to shoulder with you. Our mission is clear: to serve all people with humility and respect for each other, striving for excellence, continuously learning and improving—all without complaint or excuse, as unto Christ. This is not merely a statement; it's the very heartbeat of our organization. As your Chief Servant, my pledge to you is simple: Together, we will build an organization that ensures Africa never lacks great, transformational, and empathetic leaders in governance and across all sectors. Here, leadership will never be about our titles—but our collective responsibility to empower one another, to elevate each other to new heights, and to do whatever it takes for our greater mission. If we do this, excellence and global impact will stem from our pursuit of growth, especially if we continue to recognize each day as an opportunity for self-improvement. We must desire it. We must pursue it. Trust that I'll stand beside you throughout this journey, leading with unwavering conviction, courage, and compassion—qualities I see increasingly defining you all as well. Rest assured, I, together with all the Directors, will do everything in our power to illuminate your path forward and fight with you for the Ghana and Africa we want. We can do this. We will do this! Yours in Service, Emmanuel Your Chief Servant

Stepping into a future full of opportunities has always been my passion, and helping others do the same is a journey I hold close to my heart. As a Human Resource Officer with JA Ghana . I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most driven and ambitious young minds through our work readiness and entrepreneurship programs. From mentoring young leaders to guiding them through JA’s diverse programs, I’ve seen firsthand how we are shaping the next generation of changemakers, and it's truly inspiring to witness their growth and innovation. With that said, I’m excited to announce that I’ll be serving as a judge for the upcoming TGLC Millarium, an annual convention dedicated to placing emerging leaders under TGLC’s mentorship for their future career and entrepreneurial endeavors. One of the key highlights will be the Leadership Empowerment Program Final Pitch Competition, and I can’t wait to see the incredible ideas that will be presented. I’m honored to be part of this initiative and look forward to contributing to an event that celebrates leadership, creativity, and innovation.

  • “Countrymen, the task ahead is great indeed, and heavy is the responsibility; and yet it is a noble and glorious challenge - a challenge which calls for the courage to dream, the courage to believe, the courage to dare, the courage to do, the courage to envision, the courage to fight, the courage to work, the courage to achieve - to achieve the highest excellencies and the fullest greatness of man. Dare we ask for more in life?” - Dr. KWAME NKRUMAH - Happy Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Day, Leaders.
