The transformation through strong Rice Business Linkages   The ECOWAS Rice Observatory (ERO) and GIZ/MOVE-CARI are thrilled to announce a Call for Proposals for the Rice Matching Fund! This is your chance to make a real impact on the rice value chains in West Africa. If you're in any of the 15 ECOWAS Member States or a MOVE-CARI project country, this is for you!   Make a co-investment in cash or in kind of up to 70% and qualify for a 30% or more share from either the ECOWAS Rice Observatory (ERO) or the MOVE-CARI/GIZ funding stream.. Did you know the Ghana Audit Service (GAS) launched the CitizensEye mobile application in 2018 to help you rate public service delivery and report issues that require urgent attention? To share results and outcomes of the app over the period, GAS with our support, organized a two-day workshop which was attended by Deputy Auditor-General, Mr. Lawrence Ndaago Ayagiba, representatives from the Office of Special Prosecutor (OSP), Economic and Organised Crimes Organization (EOCO), Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and the media. This workshop focused on discussing the app’s functionality, identifying existing gaps, reviewing feedback from previous responses and exploring collaboration opportunities to increase the value of the application in improving public service delivery.
