PPC successfully priced a €600.0 million, 7-year bond, due in 2031, a €100.0 million increase from the originally proposed €500.0 million announced. With offers reaching 2 billion euros on an all new money offering, it is a testament of investors’ support to PPC and the depth of debt capital markets available to the company. At 4.625%, the coupon is the cheapest European 7-year coupon issued by a company with the same credit rating as PPC since February 2022. The spread on the PPC bond is the lowest the company has achieved in all the bonds it has issued since 2020.   The proceeds from the Offering will be used to fund ongoing expansion capital expenditure projects of PPC and its subsidiaries as part of the group's developmental business plan.   With planned investments of €9 billion in the three years between 2024-2026, mainly in RES, upgrading networks, and new activities, the forward-looking business plan is based on a holistic approach around the green transition and the three pillars of clean energy generation, modern networks and customer-centric philosophy.   PPC Group aims to become an energy leader in the wider region and an important player in Europe, with strong financials and integrated services. Η ΔΕΗ προσφέρει μια ολοκληρωμένη εμπειρία φόρτισης στους οδηγούς ηλεκτρικών οχημάτων, με την ενεργοποίηση του bluePass που με σταθερή χρέωση κάθε μήνα συνδυάζει την φόρτιση στους δημόσιους φορτιστές της ΔΕΗ blue με τη φόρτιση στο σπίτι. Αφού ενεργοποιήσουν το bluePass στο myΔΕΗ, οι οδηγοί έχουν τη δυνατότητα, με €20 επιπλέον στον μηνιαίο λογαριασμό τους, να αποκτήσουν 50kWh κάθε μήνα για φόρτιση σε όλους τους δημόσια προσβάσιμους φορτιστές του δικτύου ΔΕΗ blue με επιπλέον δώρο 50 kWh/μήνα για φόρτιση στο σπίτι, ενώ παράλληλα, μπορούν να αγοράσουν με έκπτωση 15% οικιακούς φορτιστές και να επωφεληθούν από τη δυνατότητα εγκατάστασης τους από τη ΔΕΗ blue. Η ΔΕΗ επενδύει στη συνεχή ανάπτυξη του δικτύου φορτιστών και ταχυφορτιστών ΔΕΗ blue, καθώς διαθέτει το μεγαλύτερο δίκτυο δημόσια προσβάσιμων φορτιστών στην Ελλάδα, με περισσότερα από 2.400 σημεία φόρτισης και συνεχίζει να εξελίσσει τις υπηρεσίες της δημιουργώντας έναν ολόκληρο κόσμο προνομίων για τους οδηγούς της ηλεκτροκίνησης.   #PPC #myΔΕΗ #bluePass #emobility

Over 2,000 talented candidates visited our booth at the Career Days 2024, organized by kariera.gr at Technopolis. Our HR team met with candidates, exploring career opportunities within PPC Group. For the second consecutive year, PPC proudly supported the National Robotics Team, FIRST® Global—PPC Team Greece, in the World Robotics Competition, the FIRST Global Challenge 2024. This year, the competition took place for the first time in Athens at the Peace and Friendship Stadium (SEF) from September 26 to 29, 2024. The event kicked off with an impressive opening ceremony at the Kallimarmaro Stadium, where more than 15,000 spectators gathered to witness the parade of the teams. We are thrilled that the Greek team secured the 4th place in the world ranking, the highest performance in the history of the event. PPC is participating in the innovative research project intelWATT, focusing on the development of research and innovation activities. Recently, the pilot installation for recovering discharge water from the Cooling Tower at Unit 5 of the Megalopolis power plant is completed. The intelWATT research project is funded by HORIZON 2020 and it involves PPC and 19 other European organizations, including universities, research centers, industries, and SMEs. It is coordinated by the Materials and Membranes for Environmental Separation Laboratory of the Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at the National Centre for Physical Sciences (NCSF) Demokritos. This initiative is related to the nature positive operations pillar, contributing to the group's ambitions for reducing the use of resources, managing waste, and preserving natural systems. It also contributes to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) #6 Clean Water and Sanitation, #9 Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, #12 Responsible Consumption and Production, and #17 Partnership for the Goals.   Η ΔΕΗ συμμετέχει στο καινοτόμο ερευνητικό έργο intelWATT, στο πλαίσιο ανάπτυξης των δραστηριοτήτων έρευνας και καινοτομίας. Πρόσφατα, ολοκληρώθηκε η πιλοτική εγκατάσταση για την ανάκτηση του νερού απόρριψης από τον Πύργο Ψύξης στη Μονάδα 5 του ΑΗΣ Μεγαλόπολης. Στο ερευνητικό έργο intelWATT, το οποίο χρηματοδοτείται από το πρόγραμμα HORIZON 2020 της Ε.Ε., συμμετέχουν η ΔΕΗ και άλλοι 19 ευρωπαϊκοί οργανισμοί, συμπεριλαμβανομένων πανεπιστημίων, ερευνητικών κέντρων, βιομηχανιών και μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων. Συντονίζεται από το Εργαστήριο Υλικών και Μεμβρανών Περιβαλλοντικού Διαχωρισμού του Ινστιτούτου Νανοεπιστήμης και Νανοτεχνολογίας του Εθνικού Κέντρου Φυσικών Επιστημών (ΕΚΦΕ) Δημόκριτος. Η συγκεκριμένη δράση αφορά στις λειτουργίες με θετικό πρόσημο για τη φύση, επιβεβαιώνοντας τη δέσμευση του ομίλου για μείωση χρήσης πόρων, καθώς και τη διαχείριση αποβλήτων και φυσικών συστημάτων.
