We are currently looking for a Organizational Effectiveness Lead to join our Rewards & Performance team, part of the Human Resources General Division in our Marousi Offices.
Your role will encompass:• Conduct thorough assessments of organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify areas for improvement and development• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input and insights for comprehensive organizational analysis• Conduct job evaluations to ensure internal equity and consistency in compensation structures• Identify the purpose of the job and qualifications required• Work closely with the compensation team to research and analyze salary benchmarks to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices• Develop and implement strategic organizational development plans that align with the company's goals and objectives• Work closely with senior leadership to identify long-term organizational needs and create action plans to address them• Lead and support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on change management principles and best practices• Collaborate with leaders to develop communication plans and training programs to facilitate smooth transitions
What you bring to the role:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus• Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational design/ operating models/ workforce architecture gained in a consulting or corporate environment • Excellent command of the English language (spoken/written).• Consulting and influencing skills to bring multiple stakeholders to agreement and advocacy• Understanding of supporting technology to drive efficient and effective talent management processes• Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
