The company is based in a neoclassical building in Mitropoleos Street in Athens, that houses new headquarters, workshop and its new prestigious Landmark Boutique. It also operates a network of 5 own boutiques in strategic locations in Santorini & Mykonos.
We are seeking an experienced High Jewellery Sales Advisor to join our Boutique in Athens. (Candidates may also discuss the location of Santorini in case of interest.) The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a deep knowledge of high jewellery, and a passion for luxury retail.
Job Description:
Acquire knowledge of Poniros jewellery collections, including gemstones, metals, craftsmanship & designs
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs.
Inspire clients on the value and unique features of our jewellery pieces.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up
Meet sales targets set by management.
Handle high-value transactions with professionalism and discretion.
Assist with the display and presentation of jewellery pieces in accordance with brand guidelines.
Ensure the boutique is consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and aesthetics.
Stay updated on trends & competitive landscape.
Operational Duties:
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Data entry of Customer Loyalty
Handle after-sales services, including coordinating repairs and special orders.
Work collaboratively with sales colleagues to achieve store objectives.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary diploma or bachelor in any field. We welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
Preferably 10+ years of professional experience in jewelry or other luxury segment
Fluent in English and comfortable speaking in a 2nd language, preferably Spanish or French.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales & target oriented
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends & holidays.
