Join PRIORITY Quality Consultants, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our client base through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Position Duties:
The responsibilities of the position include:
Drafting, submitting, and monitoring offers until their completion
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Conducting market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
Creating and presenting tailored sales proposals to clients and stakeholders
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the target market
Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective prospecting and closing techniques
Providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Reporting regularly on sales metrics and forecasts to management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Back Office Sales within a B2B environment
Strong understanding of sales techniques and the sales process
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Solid organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
