As Guyana continues to grapple with a labour shortage, while navigating the need for a stronger Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) culture, the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) is continuing its efforts to address these issues, particularly through collaboration and stakeholder engagement. The 14th edition of the publication was digitally released on the final day of the second Regional Investments and Capital Markets Conference in Guyana. President of the GCCI, Mr. Kester Hutson in providing an overview of the magazine stated, “This is something that is very dear to the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and we continue to add value to not just our members but the wider community as it relates to the private sector.” He noted that the magazine serves as a vital resource for providing insights into current market trends, success stories, and expert advice tailored for entrepreneurs and business leaders, and aligns with the Chamber’s vision to empower local businesses, particularly in light of the evolving economic landscape in Guyana.
