We're thrilled to be featured in @TatlerAsia's latest article on addressing Hong Kong’s food waste issue from a hospitality perspective.
Each day, the city generates 3,300 tonnes of food waste, with the hospitality sector contributing 778 tonnes.
As a non-profit, our goal is to boost awareness by collaborating, providing training and crafting tailored waste management solutions for restaurants and hotels.
A big thanks to Khoa Tran for spotlighting our efforts and those of our industry allies @CHOMP and The Sustainable Restaurant Association @foodmadegood.
