We are pleased to announce our 2024 Annual Results with key highlights below:  ▪ Turnover increased by 6.2% to HK$3,409 million, and Recurring Underlying Profit increased 6.8% to HK$1,956 million, driven by improved rental income despite challenging market conditions.    ▪ Core Portfolio: Retail turnover grew 9.5%, supported by luxury flagship expansion and positive rental reversion, with year-end occupancy at 92% (reflecting temporary vacancies from tenant mix revamp). Office turnover declined by 1.5%, with narrowing negative rental reversion and stable occupancy at 90%.    ▪ Growth pillars: Lee Gardens Shanghai contributed HK$73 million to turnover, with 70% of office space and 61% of retail space committed to date.    ▪ Lee Garden Eight, together with an integrated walkway system linking Lee Gardens to the MTR, is set for completion in the second half of 2026.    ▪ A second interim dividend of HK81 cents per share was declared. [Breaking Limits, Building Communities]   Since its launch in 2023, Hysan Running Club has made progressive strides to its seventh phase. Through professional training and community engagement, it continues to inspire and connect runners, with a total of 2,930 happy hours garnered throughout the phases. In this season, we joined hands with Salomon, with its first Hong Kong Island store opened in Hysan Place, to provide professional gear and expert guidance through 2 specialised interval training sessions. Our hy!runners, together with their sports pals, gained exercise tips and insights into fitness improvement, taking their stamina to new levels. At Hysan, we are dedicated to promoting holistic well-being for our community through engaging experiences that inspire. [Redefining the CNY Celebration: “Bang! Pop! Spark! Party”] This Year of the Snake, Lee Gardens burst with fun, celebrating the festive season in an unprecedented way. We hosted three signature street events at Kai Chiu Road, with classic childhood games, mahjong games, and “Hawker Run” with Hong Kong athletes. These activities invited everyone to embrace the Year of the Snake with playfulness while celebrating the shared values of our local culture. Along Pak Sha Road, visitors also enjoyed an exclusive collection of local delicacies, beauty treatments, pet grooming and fortune-telling experiences, and so on, making this a truly unforgettable occasion. It's a pleasure partnering with various community stakeholders for this event, including A Drop of Life 點滴是生命 , where proceeds raised from the market stall rentals will be donated for local community services.
