The committee members include representatives from the Consumer Council, trade associations and the Education Bureau, as well as academics and specialists. The key role is to provide advice to the Director-General of Communications on matters relating to the development, provision and maintenance of telecommunication services, as well as the education and dissemination of information to consumers and users of these services. The MoU signed by Dr #JasonChan, MH, JP, Director of PolyU SPEED and Associate Dean (Information and Development) of PolyU CPCE and Ms Joy Xu, Group Chief People & Culture Officer of DFI Retail Group.
