看完這篇文章,小編也覺得挺驚訝,年齡歧視其實一直存在,只不過在香港是不可以直接寫在JD裡,因為這涉及歧視條例。文中提到國內35歲已經開始被年齡歧視,小編認為這也很年輕吧?在人材短缺的時期,若然連35歲後也不想招聘,小編相信勞動人口會大幅減少。 很多時幫客戶招聘人才,其實他們心中也有一個年齡層上的喜好,他們先跟我們解釋,然後讓我們幫他們篩選。原因很多,如文中所說,怕年紀大的同事難以接受新事物或科技、有固定思想難以管理、或者管理層比較年輕,不想下屬比他年紀大等。很多不同原因,小編也不在此詳說。 其實年紀較大的同事,小編認為人生經驗豐富,會對工作上面有很大的幫助。另外,根據我們招聘經驗而言,他們對公司忠誠程度較高,因為很多年輕的人材想拼搏,一份工作做不長,很快就轉工,但年紀大的,要試也已經試過不少,所以對公司忠誠度高,不會容易離職。 另外有很多很IT的龍頭企業,他們的創辦人Founder,中年才創立他們的公司,例如:Marc Benioff在35歲創辦了Salesforce;Reid Hoffman在36歳創辦了LinkedIn;Robert Noyce & Gordon Moore分別在他們的41及39歲創立了Intel。以上例子,比比皆是。 企業招聘,不要再用有色眼鏡對待較成熟的人材,他們工作的能力,不會比剛畢業的年輕人才低。而且他們具備豐富社會及工作經驗,對企業正面發展是一個重要的因素。 #careernews 轉述BusinesFocus報導 https://lnkd.in/ewdX32KG
