For decades, surgeons have been relying on surgical microscopes to perform delicate microsurgical procedures. Over a decade ago, we introduced the MM80/MM90 microscope, tailored for cerebral and vascular neurosurgery. Today, we proudly launched our newest revolutionary Surgical Microscope, the 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗮 𝗠𝗠𝟳𝟳, promising and providing enhanced optical capabilities and super optical resolution, serving among others again neurovascular but also broader usage in the most demanding microsurgery. MM77 is a high-resolving power surgical microscope that will never leave a neurosurgeon in the dark. It was a special moment as we were joined by the co-developers of both the MM80/MM90 and MM77 - President and founder of Mitaka Kohki, 𝗠𝗿.
