TQF Association Undergoes Transformation for Its 30th Anniversary
Total Quality Food Association (TQF Association) of Taiwan is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. It held a “30th Anniversary Celebration Event” at Taipei International Food Show, under the theme “Thirty Years of Gratitude”. Chou Neng-Chuan, Chairman of TQF Association, in the presence of official representatives including Lien Ching-Chang, Director General of Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs; Lin Chin-fu, Deputy Director-General of Taiwan Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare; and Lee Guann-jyh, Deputy Director General of the International Trade Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, as well as past chairpersons and members of TQF Association and industry players, announced that TQF Association would transform from a specialised certification service organisation to a "diversified technical service organisation". At the event, TQF Association also increased co-operation with the Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM Association) by signing the SSCAP collaboration agreement for food industry and JFS- B PLUS agreement, which will promote joint efforts by members of the Taiwan and Japan food industries to achieve sustainable development. At the same time, TQF Association signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Earth Environmental Service Co., Ltd. of Japan to provide domestic food industry players with international-level environmental hygiene management services.
TQF協會成立30週年轉型蛻變
台灣優良食品發展協會（Total Quality Food Association, 簡稱TQF協會）今年邁入第30週年，以「感謝有您，三十而立」為主題，在台北國際食品展舉辦「30週年慶祝活動」。 TQF協會周能傳理事長在經濟部產發署連錦漳署長、衛福部食藥署林金富副署長、經濟部國貿署李冠志副署長之官方代表，以及TQF協會歷任理事長與眾多會員業者等見證下，宣布TQF協會將由純粹的驗證服務機構蛻變為「多元化的技術服務機構」。現場與日本食品安全管理協會（Japan Food Safety Management,簡稱JFSM協會）合作再升級，簽署食品產業永續供應鏈發展評量平台（SSCAP）合作協議及泛用型食品安全管理評鑑標準（JFS-B PLUS）協議，促進台日食品業者共同朝向永續發展經營邁進；同時和日本阿斯環境服務公司簽訂合作備忘錄(MOU)，提供國內食品業者可以接受具國際級水準的環境衛生管理服務。
