By achieving such prestigious awards, it shows that Telemax Environmental & Energy Management Limited (TEEM) have once again reached their high standards in one of our many projects, as well as our commitment in sustainability and energy efficiency The Canadian International School of Hong Kong (CDNIS) is one of the top international school  in Aberdeen, Hong Kong. CDNIS is known for its diverse student body, representing over 40 nationalities. Following the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum from early years to grade 12. CDNIS emphasizes a holistic education with strong academic standards, arts, athletics, and community service. The school's state-of-the-art campus features advanced facilities, fostering a vibrant and inclusive learning environment. CDNIS has partnered with us to enhance its campus environment through the implementation of green designs and sustainable concepts. Our efforts are intended to establish a welcoming and functional environment for staff and students to work and learn in. 【Congratulations on #CUHK Receiving Multiple Green Building Awards! 🏆 】 The project "Chung Chi Student Development Complex" that TEEM participated in awarded with the "Green Building Award 2023 - New Building Category" jointly organized by the Hong Kong Green Building Council #HKGBC and the Professional Green Building Council #PGBC and below awards organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Architects #HKIA . The project also achieved the Green Building Assessment Green Building Assessment - Provisional Platinum. This certification system takes into account innovative elements, as well as conditions such as land and outdoor environment, indoor environmental quality, material application, energy and water usage, and property management which recognized CUHK's remarkable contributions to #CarbonNeutrality and #GreenBuilding initiatives.   TELEMAX, as a BEAM Plus consultant, skillfully incorporated various green design concepts, integrating the natural landscape of the existing Chung Chi campus into the design to reduce damage to nature during development and preserving 75% of existing trees, while also offering over 55% greenery.
