A well known company with strong presence in the region is seeking an accounting officer to join their finance department and support daily accounting operations.
About the role
In this role, you will be mainly responsible for managing and maintaining accounts receivable, fixed account, supporting payroll, billing, and month-end closing. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to system migration, workflow automations, and improvements.
Responsibilities
Perform payroll, billing, and payment duties.
Handle daily accounting operations and month-end account closing.
Contribute to system migration, workflow automations, and process improvements.
Ensure accurate and timely financial data entry and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
Assist in financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
1+ year relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in using MS Excel and MS Word.
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to taking on responsibilities.
Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Recent Graduates with limited work experience but the right mindset will also be considered.
