Administrative Associate (Part-time)

The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) is a professional organisation in Hong Kong established in 1963. The institute is devoted to enhance the competitive edge of members in the banking and financial industries through the provision of quality education, training and examinations relevant to their needs.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for:

• Provide administrative support to various projects and events
• Input data in systems/worksheet and prepare reports
• File documents of hard copy or soft copy in a systematic manner
• Support cross-team projects or events as and when REQUIRED
• Assist in preparing training materials (including translation from English to Chinese and vice versa)
  
  

Job Requirements

• High accuracy and detailed mind
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Chinese word processing
• Must be able to commit a minimum of 4 working days per week
• Immediately available is highly preferred
