About Our Client

Our client is a Global MNC and market leader in their area of expertise. They are expanding their business and hiring a Regional Business Development Director to growth their APAC business.

Job Description

  • As the team leader to drive end to end commercial strategy to reach the business objectives.
  • Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans; scaling B2B business.
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and distributor management in APAC region.
  • Establish partnerships with strategic business partners/consultants and build necessary channels for business collaboration.
  • Managing the new accounts to maximise revenue through cross and up selling opportunities.
  • Providing timely reports to the management team regarding performance, sales activity, account management and strategy, as well as advise on local industry trends.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in 10+ years sales and marketing experience.
  • The ideal candidate shall have B2B Sales and marketing experience in HORECA Product/ Commercial Catering Equipment/ F&B chain industry.
  • Candidate who has B2B business development experience across Taiwan, Korea, SEA region will be considered first.
  • Strong strategic mind set with pro-activeness to drive the commercial target.
  • Can-do attitude and entrepreneurship mindset
  • Strong sense of business development and relationships building with clients and new business.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong negotiating and presentation skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken in English
