Assistant Manager / Senior Officer (Talent Acquisition & Staff Engagement)

Job Description

  • Provide a full spectrum of end-to-end talent acquisition process for assigned positions
  • Develop proactive talent sourcing pipelines and candidate outreach methodologies
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and manpower planning to meet the business goals
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for the internship program, campus recruitment, job fairs, career talks, walk-in recruitment days and other recruitment events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leading education institutions
  • Driving employee engagement and retention programs
  • Conduct data analytics and provide labour market insights for reviewing the effectiveness of recruitment practice and sourcing tools
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in recruitment / talent acquisition gained from Property Management, Hospitality / F&B or Retail Industry
  • Extensive experience in mass frontline recruitment and talent acquisition campaigns including campus recruitment, career talks, job fairs and/or recruitment walk-in days is a must
  • Good knowledge of local labour laws and other regulatory requirements
  • Proactive, positive and have a strong sense of ownership
  • Able to work independently and multi-task oriented
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with employees of different backgrounds
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Familiar with Social Media Recruitment Platforms will be an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
