Business Development Manager（Fashion）-HK

Job responsibilities:

• 根據我司平臺特性及模式，引入符合平臺定位以及競爭力的個人賣家或企業商家入駐；
• 對有意願入駐的賣家貨源和平臺需求進行匹配和評估，提出最佳合作方案；
• 對香港本地市場流通渠道以及各類目新品，爆款等進行具體的分析，尋找商業新的機會點協同配合運營團隊，穩定發展賣家關系，提高賣家配合度和粘性；

• Familiar with the business model of Hong Kong's shoes and clothing luxury industry, have extensive experience in seller recruitment and operation. And according to the characteristics and mode of our EC platform, can recruitment individual sellers or enterprises that meet the positioning and competitiveness of the platform;
• Matching and evaluating the sellers' sources and platform needs, and proposing the best cooperation plan;
• Specific analysis of Hong Kong's local market distribution channels as well as various categories of new products, popular goods, etc. Collaborate with account management teams to find new business opportunities, stabilize the development of seller relations, and improve the degree of cooperation and viscosity of sellers.

Job requirements:

• 本科及以上學歷，3年以上香港本地的招商、營銷、地推等相關業務工作經驗；
• 2年以上電商互聯網工作經驗，或者經銷商貿易商等供貨渠道商工作經驗（服裝、鞋子、手表、箱包、配飾等非標品類目經驗者優先）；
• 溝通能力及業務談判能力強，粵語及普通話流利通順自驅力強；
• 能獨立完成項目化的工作，並具備發現問題，提出問題和建議解決方案的能力有貿易商或代購圈相關供貨資源或經驗者優先。

• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in the e-commerce platform industry, and experience in seller recruitment/ BD is preferred.;
• Familiarity with the sneakers, apparel,luxury, handbag, watch, and hype sectors are preferred;
• Excellent Cantonese and English language skills are required as working language;
• Strong self-drive, proactive, good at communication, strong project coordination ability, good at promoting cross-departmental work, and able to take the lead.
