By joining us in this rare opportunity as a Business Development Manager you will be an ambassador for the SHL brand, advising on best practice solutions and developing C-Level relationships, within your defined territory.

What you will be doing:

· As a Business Development Manager you will play a crucial role in developing the SHL brand and the Enterprise portfolio of clients.

· Become a Science-based talent management solutions authority and thought leader and share our research with potential customers.

· Collaborate with internal consulting and product teams to expertly provide insight-led knowledge and guidance to customers, ultimately enabling them to transform their talent practices.

· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and networks, developing relationships with C-Suite executives, crafting and presenting solutions and converting ‘conversations to contracts ‘.

· Take complete ownership by overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle, internally and externally.

· Directing sales pipeline through the CRM and providing timely and accurate information to the management team.


What experience are we looking for:

Essential:

· Significant successful product or solution sales experience in the Enterprise sector (companies with FTE>2,000), including proven experience in C-Suite negotiations and partnership development.

· Comfortable with directing the whole sales process and rigor around whitespace evaluation, stakeholder mapping, forecasting and pipeline management.

· Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

Desirable:

· Solution based B2B selling in a consulting, Saas, Professional Services environment, ideally in the HR/talent Assessment industry.

· Exceptional communication and presentation experience, strong business acumen, adaptability, creativity, able to work with ambiguity, drive for success, team orientated.
