Job Summary

The Digital Director is responsible for leading the digital strategy and execution for the agency's clients. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of integrated digital campaigns, managing a team of digital specialists, and driving innovation in the agency's digital service offerings. This individual works closely with the agency's account teams and clients to ensure digital initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute holistic digital strategies that integrate with broader PR and marketing campaigns
  • Manage a team of digital specialists including social media managers, media planner, and digital designers
  • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and timeline management for all digital client projects
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with account teams to understand client goals and translate them into effective digital solutions
  • Present digital strategy and performance updates to clients in a clear and compelling manner
  • Identify opportunities to expand the agency's digital service capabilities
  • Lead the development of new business pitches and proposals for digital services
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong aesthetic sense, and creative flair to elevate the agency's digital work


Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in strategy development and campaign management
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing digital teams and delivering successful client campaigns
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex digital concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
