As a Director, Process Engineering & Quality Assurance you will be responsible for developing and deployment of quality and operational strategies within the cycle of new product development. In addition, driving product quality, cost, delivery, and optimizing production efficiency for NPI.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and deploy new product development process and new quality product protocols across the business
Establish specifications and improvements for new products and perform risk assessments for the identification of potential vulnerabilities within the NPD process
Conduct market research for identification of trends and competitor's intel for the development of commercial and strategic strategies
Knowledgeable in performing risks assessments (i.e. ITAF 16949) and provide corrective actions plan for the mitigation of risks for all NPD cycle
Drive and maintain quality deliverables by working closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure the achievement of various project milestones
Devise and implement workflow governance process to drive enhancement works within NPI cycle
Implement KPIs for the evaluation of operational and performance metrics to ensure correctives are taken against areas in which requires improvement
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Holder of Engineering in Total Quality Engineering. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant discipline of Engineering/ Sciences
At least 8 years of NPD/ NPI, Quality Assurance project experience, preferably with the knowledge of electronics/ semiconductor manufacturing
Certifications in quality management systems such as ISO 9000, and IATF 16949, etc is required
Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
An individual who is analytical and sensitive to numerical figures to drive continuous improvement projects within the NPD cycle
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Senior Manager, Process Engineering & Quality Assurance
Willingness for frequent travelling to PRC
Immediate availability is highly preferrable
