Group Vice President, Operations

We are working with a renowned investment and real estate group whom in search for a seasoned executive to join as Group Vice President, Operations to be part of their leadership team to oversee and strengthen their group operations and organizational effectiveness. A key position to drive corporate development, asset value creation and business optimization strategy to drive strategic return and sustainable growth. This executive will report to the CEO and Board of Directors with key mandate to drive operational excellence across all functions, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the group property development and asset management strategy, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence

• Implement effective business strategies, plans and procedures to set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

• Oversee sustainable value creation and end-to-end supply chain, ensuring streamlined operations from sourcing to delivery

• Develop an effective operational governance direction and framework, to foster a well-managed and accountable decision-making process

• Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks and protocols to safeguard the operations and assets

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, working closely with legal and compliance teams

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and optimized resource allocation to support sustainable growth and profitability

• Establish robust quality control systems to uphold the highest standards

• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry best practices to inform strategic decisions

• Select and develop a strong and effective organizational structure to optimize an elevated level of performance

• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale operations and led organizational change, best practices and business growth in the property, real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, and supply chain industry

• Bachelors’ degree or above in Business, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain Management

• Minimum 15 years in senior operational leadership roles with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Sophisticated communication and influencing skills, highly skilled at communicating complex issues to stakeholders and/or audiences at all levels

• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), additional languages are a plus
