About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional candidate with proven leadership in executive roles, displaying outstanding performance and strong business acumen. As the Head of APAC, you will drive commercial success within the APAC region by providing executive leadership with P&L responsibility, directing multi-national business growth, defining client strategies, and optimizing revenue. You will also be expected to manage operational excellence in the region. Extensive experience in a global company with a focus on strategic growth and operations is essential.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of over 300 professionals across 7 countries in the APAC region
Collaborate with senior executives to identify, present, and market innovative recommendations relating to industry trends and product differentiation
Deepen and broaden strategic partnerships within client organizations at the executive level, and act as a key influencer across Asia and Australia
Develop, design, and oversee client account strategies as well as annual account reviews
Ensure the retention and expansion of client base throughout the Asia Pacific region through effective business development strategies.
Standardize processes and performance evaluation methodologies across the region to achieve operational excellence
Requirements:
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, MBA is a plus
Over 12 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role, overseeing multiple APAC offices
Strong sales expertise and proven ability to drive results
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
