The Head of Application is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of key enterprise applications and technologies that support the organization's operations and strategic objectives. This includes managing the application portfolio, driving digital transformation initiatives, and leveraging emerging technologies like AI and data analytics to enhance business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the organization's application portfolio, evaluating performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and planning for future needs
• Lead the implementation and integration of enterprise-level applications such as HRIS, CRM, and ERP systems
• Oversee the development and deployment of custom applications and software solutions to address specific business requirements
• Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics to derive insights and drive data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and executive stakeholders, to align application strategies with the organization's goals
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's application landscape
• Develop and manage the application team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the organization's application infrastructure
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for application-related projects and initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in application management, enterprise software implementation, and digital transformation
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of HRIS, CRM, ERP, and other enterprise-level applications
• Proficiency in leveraging AI and data analytics to drive business insights and decision-making
• Proven track record of successful application deployment and integration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Holder of PMP/ITIL or PRINCE2 is preferable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Highly proficient in Cantonese, English and Manadarin
