What are we looking for?


The Performance Marketing Lead will steer our media investments, partnerships, and programmes that will scale Mox through new customer growth and utilising 3rd party channels to broaden our product distribution and drive business volume.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the goal setting, strategy development, execution and optimisation of our performance media efforts through programmatic channels, partner and affiliate platforms, together with the use of traditional media, events, influencers, and corporate/community partnerships
  • Have a strong focus on ROAS and ROI, from testing and determining the right targeting and channels, to designing incentive mix that will attract the right customer segments contributing to Mox revenue
  • Oversee all media investments and support the broader marketing team in media plan, buy, and measurement of campaigns, along with management of paid media budgets
  • Track, report, and optimise the full funnel performance, including taking initiative to lead other stakeholders to implement required changes and actions
  • Collaborate with our JV partners to plan and execute activities leveraging their ecosystems to drive Mox growth and maximise synergies for all parties
  • Expand and improve our performance marketing capabilities, whether developing new channels or affiliate partnerships, to leveraging technologies improving effectiveness (e.g. DCO)
  • Collaborate with tech teams to translate performance marketing strategy into technology roadmaps to ensure right capabilities are in place to meet future needs (e.g. cookieless)
  • Manage the agency relationship to deliver on KPIs and continued optimisation


Requirements


  • Over 12 years of online media and customer acquisition experience at agency or in-house with strong understanding of the Hong Kong media landscape and consumer market
  • Experience in banking, finance, and/or driving acquisition for app based businesses in Hong Kong is highly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing, measurement and online media platforms (e.g. DoubleClick, DV360, Adjust, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Tealium etc.)
  • Analytically minded and know your way making decisions and telling stories around data, familiarity with Tableau a definite plus
  • Clear understanding and experience in search marketing strategies and day-to-day execution
  • Self starter, attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, with a flexible mindset able to work under a both a fluid plus fast-paced business and market environment
  • Strong cross-functional communicator and collaborator, with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
